Cable And Internet provides service on a month-to-month basis. There is no minimum commitment period and no early termination fee. You may cancel service at any time by calling +1 (888) 776-6601. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All Cable And Internet equipment must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation date.
Service availability is subject to coverage at your specific address. Advertised speeds represent maximum theoretical performance under optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary based on your in-home equipment, wiring, number of connected devices, and real-world network conditions. Cable And Internet does not guarantee any minimum speed level but commits to investigating and addressing persistent performance issues upon report.
Our network is provided for lawful personal and business use. You agree not to use Cable And Internet service to:
Violations may result in immediate service suspension or termination. Cable And Internet will cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving unlawful use of our network.
All equipment provided by Cable And Internet โ including routers, cable boxes, and accessories โ remains the property of Cable And Internet, LLC. You agree to:
Cable And Internet replaces defective equipment at no charge during the service period. Do not attempt to modify or open network equipment โ doing so voids the replacement coverage.
Cable And Internet targets 99.9% network uptime and actively monitors our infrastructure to detect and resolve outages proactively. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by acts of nature, third-party infrastructure failures, government actions, or events outside our reasonable control. Subscribers affected by verified outages exceeding 24 hours may request a prorated service credit by contacting us within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cable And Internet's total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed three months of your paid subscription fees. Cable And Internet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages โ including loss of business income, data, or productivity โ arising from service use or disruption.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer team at +1 (888) 776-6601. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class action participation is waived to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any non-arbitrable disputes shall be heard in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Cable And Internet may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email or account portal notification. Continued use of service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept changes, you may cancel without penalty before they take effect.
